Where in the world is Willis Wellness?
Teresa coaches remotely via phone or zoom from her home in St. Matthews. Established clients also enjoy our coaching hikes and walks in the Louisville are. Pilates Services are provided at Holly's Pilates Village as well as vitually and in clients homes. All services are by appointment only.
