I have ADHD. What do I do now?
Maybe you were diagnosed last month. Maybe you've known for years.
Maybe you're just overwhelmed and need help.
Either way, you may be asking:
Why is everything so damn hard?
You know what needs to be done. You may even know how to do it. But the house, the calendar, the money, the unfinished things — somehow they keep winning.
“The group helped me understand why my brain functions differently and that I am not alone in struggling. The understanding and grace I was finally able to give myself was the most valuable thing I gained.”
Jennie, Chicago IL
“Being accountable to other people who don’t judge me, but also keep me honest, is HUGE.”
ElizaBeth, Boston MA

Start here: ADHD Triage
From chaos to clarity.

ADHD Triage is a focused four-week coaching experience for people who are ready for help but aren't sure what to tackle first. We’ll figure out what's actually on fire, what’s making everything else harder, and where a few well-placed changes can start giving you breathing room.
Includes:
A private 1:1 Triage session
Four 75-minute small-group sessions
Practical tools and coaching
A clear next step
Next group begins September 21.
“This group is perfect for anyone experiencing change and trying to embrace it gracefully—without shame or guilt. Whether the change involves career, relationships or relocation, anyone can benefit from approaching life-changing decisions with the support of the group and coach.”
Cynthia, Louisville KY
Ongoing ADHD Group Coaching
Because ADHD doesn't happen one subject at a time.
My ongoing groups move through the real-life territory of ADHD:

Time & Energy • Home & Organization • Money • RSD & Relationships • Dreams, Desire & What's Next

We combine teaching, live coaching, experimentation and
the support of people who actually understand what this stuff feels like.
The real value is continuity.
You’re not perpetually starting over.

You’re building a life.
Current Cohorts meet Mondays at 5 pm ET, Tuesdays at 12 PM EST
A third group is forming now!

Let's find out if it's a fit.
The understanding and grace I was finally able to give myself was the most valuable thing I gained.
Susan, Louisville
Private Coaching
Sometimes you need the whole room to yourself.
Private coaching gives us room to work deeply with what’s actually happening in your life — executive function, work, relationships, money, transitions, or the maddening gap between knowing what you want to do and actually doing it.
We'll pay attention to the whole system: body, brain, patterns, parts, values and spirit.
We'll look for what keeps getting in the way—and for the version of forward movement that doesn't require you to become a completely different person first.
Private coaching may be right for you on its own, alongside group work, or as your next step after Triage.

Not sure where to start?
Good. You don’t have to figure that out before you call me.
We’ll spend 30 minutes talking about what’s going on and what kind of support might actually help.
If that’s Triage, great.
If private coaching makes more sense, we’ll talk about that.
If I don’t think I’m the right person to help, I’ll tell you that too.
