Hi, I’m Teresa Willis

I’m a certified coach, master Pilates teacher, wellness rebel, and proud possessor of a beautifully nonlinear brain.

I’ve spent decades helping people heal, strengthen, and move through life with more presence and power — literally and figuratively. I’ve coached women through reinvention, grief, addiction, ADHD confusion, spiritual awakenings, and good old-fashioned burnout.

I know what it’s like to check all the “important” boxes and still feel like something essential is missing.

This work isn’t just my job — it’s my life’s through-line.

I’ve lived it. I’ve trained for it. I’ve coached scores of clients through it.

And I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you live into your next, truest version.

I help clients navigate challenges related to ADHD, major life transitions, grief, fitness, aging, relationships, and career. Together, we uncover their inner wisdom and harness the power of their lived experience to create a life of meaning, fulfillment, and joy.

In our work, clients move beyond perceived limitations and begin using every resource at their disposal—mind, body, spirit, and support—to step fully into their potential.

My own path into coaching has been anything but linear. Recovery was my first great teacher. I found sobriety early in life through the 12-step model, which taught me that vulnerability and honesty are powerful conduits to healing—and that service, without judgment, creates true connection and community.

Over the years, I deepened my spiritual practice to include daily meditation, mindful movement, and (most recently) channeling. I also fell hard for Pilates, which supports my own health goals and awakened the teacher in me. Through Pilates, I learned what it truly means to meet people where they are—a principle that underpins everything I do.

When I became certified as a personal coach in 2009 through the Coaches Training Institute, I was finally able to weave together all the threads: the self-awareness of recovery, the presence and empathy of a teacher, and the practical creativity I honed in restaurants, performance, writing, and production.

Then came my ADHD diagnosis in 2020—a turning point. While the news was difficult to process, it also unlocked an entirely new understanding of myself. With that understanding came tools, hacks, and momentum I had never known before. I learned how to work with my brain instead of against it—and my life took off.

Around that same time, a latent healing ability surfaced through spontaneous sessions with my best friend, who was navigating ovarian cancer. That chapter cracked me open even further—and though I’m still integrating those gifts, I know they belong here.

So yes, my resume may look like a whack-a-do roadmap, but every stop has given me something essential. And now, as a coach, I help my clients see what they couldn’t see before—in themselves, in their relationships, and in the world around them. We connect values to action, apply the right tools at the right time, and move forward—one aligned step at a time.
